Classes Inspired by American Ninja Warrior Junior
Our Ninja Warrior Training, inspired by the popular television shows “American Ninja Warrior” and “American Ninja Warrior Junior,” combines foundational fitness, challenging obstacle courses, and gymnastics techniques to create an exhilarating experience for kids.
Founded by Olympic medalist Dominique Dawes, our academy focuses on fostering a supportive environment where children can build confidence and hone their skills.
Children will begin class with a warm-up, followed by station work that will challenge them to tackle obstacles designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve endurance. Class will wrap up with a few minutes of free play, or a group exercise designed to build teamwork and enhance social interaction.

Ninja I
Ninja Classes for Children Ages: 4 – 6 Years Old (Parent/Caregiver Participation Required)
This caregiver assisted class will have your little one navigating our fun and challenging obstacle courses designed to build strength, coordination, and enhance problem-solving skills. Coaches will show caregivers how to spot their child properly, and about each of the stations. Classes end with a group game or activity to build social skills. 6 year olds can choose Ninja 1 or Ninja 2.
*Caregivers should be able to lift their child for this class.

Our amazing coaches will guide your little ninjas through exciting challenges that foster discipline and boost confidence, preparing them for higher-level Ninja classes. Children start off with a warm-up, and then go right into fitness time, where your child will learn about foundational fitness movement. All obstacles are changed bi-weekly, so that class never gets boring. Swing on the rings, run up the warped wall, and unleash your inner warrior! 6 year olds can choose Ninja 1 or Ninja 2.

Ninja III
Ninja Classes for Children Ages: 10 – 13 Years Old
In Ninja III, will build on your child’s core strength, agility, and confidence in a safe environment where they can make friends and build social skills. With a class structure similar to Ninja II, we will concentrate on more advanced stations, growing our skills learned previously.
Our coaches will equip them with the skills they need to tackle any course.
Ninja Classes for Children Ages: 6 – 13 Years Old
This advanced class is designed for skilled ninjas who have surpassed previous class requirements and seek higher-intensity training. Instructor recommendation is required for enrollment. Advanced Ninja classes will concentrate on course runs, where you put your station skills from previous classes to the test. See if you can beat your best time in the rig!
Ninja & Gymnastic Classes for Children Ages: 4 – 6 Years Old (Caregiver Participation Required)
In our junior combo class, children experience the best of both worlds. They tackle obstacles with parent/caregiver support then independently explore gymnastics fundamentals in our Junior gym. Class will begin in Ninja with a warm up where parents will learn proper spotting techniques and children will participate in assisted and independent stations. Children and parents will then move over to the junior gym, to learn independent gymnastics skills and focus body shapes, monkey jumps, and foundational movement.

Ninja & Tumbling Classes for Children Ages: 6 – 13 Years Old
Our Ninja & Tumble class offers a little bit of everything—from hanging and balancing obstacles to basic tumbling & jumping skills, our combo classes are perfect for your curious kiddo. Children spend the first half of class in Ninja, and the second half in tumbling, concentrating on vault, tumble track, and floor skills. Start will basic body shapes and move to more advanced tumbling skills as your child progresses.
