Beginner Blooms
For Children Ages: 6 – 9 yrs
Duration: 60 minutes
The class starts with a warm-up and stretch, then students move through exciting rotations that include vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble track.
6 year olds can choose Buds or Beginner Blooms

Intermediate/Advanced Blooms
For Children Ages: 6 – 9 yrs
Duration: 75 minutes
Intermediate
The class starts with a warm-up and stretch, then students move through exciting rotations that include vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble track.

- Front and Back Walkovers
- Spotted Back Handsprings
- Glide Swings
- Back Hip Circles
- Skills on the High Beam

Advanced

We have Advanced Blooms for our top-level gymnasts. Starting with a 10-minute warm-up and stretch, students then rotate through vault, bars, beam, floor, or tumble track. Students will continue to be challenged in this class as they work towards developing more and more difficult skills such as:

Blossoms
For Children Ages: 10-13 yrs
Duration: 75 minutes
Our blossoms classes follow the same fun & structured format as our Blooms class but is catered to a more mature athlete. To advance to the next level, students must meet the same skill requirements
